About Us

Chad Poynter started building pools in 1997. Working with a small family business, he helped grow the company into one of the largest and most reputable companies in the DFW area. After years of hard work and dedication, he was given the opportunity to become one of the owners . After selling and leaving the company in 2015, he pursued several opportunities in the pool sub-contracting arena. Although having success, his mind was always back on the pool business. So in 2020 he took a leap of faith and formed JP Pools. JP Pools takes pride in creating beautiful and functional pools for our clients in Gatesville, TX, and the surrounding areas.
